Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up equipment, monitor stability, improve capability, and coordinate with vendors for advanced functionality and applications.
  • •Write or modify equipment recipes to support RDA area needs.
  • •Perform basic and advanced recoveries of down tools for assigned workstations.
  • •Drive software upgrades and improvements with internal teams and external vendors.
  • •Collect and analyze tool/process data to improve performance and efficiency, including monitoring tool qualification SPC charts and initiating repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical expertise in Focused Ion Beam (FIB) operations, including advanced cross-sectioning, milling optimization, and defect characterization.
  • •Strong proficiency in SEM imaging and interpretation for systematic/random defect identification.
  • •More than 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA/inspection recipe setup for defect analysis.
  • •Proven experience training and mentoring engineers and technicians.
  • •Experience working with vendors for FIB/SEM equipment setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
