Key Responsibilities

  • •Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion while meeting program schedule and budget.
  • •Leads cross-functional team of engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software) to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
  • •Oversees the transfer of lowest level requirements into development and test for prototype and customer deliveries.
  • •Drives project schedules to keep programs running efficiently and tracks budget and schedule commitments.
  • •Interfaces with management, suppliers, customers, and members of the technical design team.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Technical Program Manager, or Integrated Product Team Lead.
  • •Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines with a strong focus on communications systems development.
  • •Ability to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
