Key Responsibilities

•Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion while meeting program schedule and budget.
•Leads cross-functional team of engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software) to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
•Oversees the transfer of lowest level requirements into development and test for prototype and customer deliveries.
•Drives project schedules to keep programs running efficiently and tracks budget and schedule commitments.
•Interfaces with management, suppliers, customers, and members of the technical design team.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
•Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Technical Program Manager, or Integrated Product Team Lead.
•Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines with a strong focus on communications systems development.
•Ability to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
