Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the new digital demand prioritisation process for changes to web, app, and online services, triaging incoming requests with stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate and drive quarterly and annual planning cycles across Digital and the wider business, maintaining and communicating a roadmap.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to optimise ways of working and execute change across Product and Delivery teams.
  • •Establish and own stakeholder relationships as the key Digital point of contact to ensure alignment and shared visibility.
  • •Develop and articulate recommendations for leadership on viable plan changes to drive decision-making and maximise customer value.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,500 - 72,000 annually
