Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive project success criteria across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts with the Quantity Surveyor team.
  • •Oversee change control processes, ensuring rigorous documentation and impact analysis.
  • •Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and coordinate transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • •Implement governance and reporting, enforce QSHE compliance, and produce progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering-related fields.
  • •10+ years of civil engineering experience across earthworks, site preparation, drainage, external roads, and infrastructure.
  • •Professional civil engineer or geotechnical engineer in Taiwan, or relevant professional qualification overseas.
  • •Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken); Korean is a plus.
