Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and govern Application Portfolio Management (APM) data within ServiceNow, ensuring application and service records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • •Manage and monitor application lifecycle statuses, supporting portfolio decisions around investment, maintenance, modernization, consolidation, and retirement.
  • •Conduct portfolio analysis to identify duplicate, redundant, and obsolete applications, providing recommendations to optimize the application landscape.
  • •Ensure accurate mapping between business applications, technical services, and business capabilities, supporting service ownership, accountability, and organizational structures.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and portfolio insights to support governance forums, service reviews, architecture assessments, and IT leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of experience in IT with exposure to application portfolio management, service management, or IT governance.
  • •Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and handling application or service data for reporting or analysis.
  • •Good understanding of IT service management concepts, including applications, services, and configuration management.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and improve data accuracy and quality.
  • •Ability to analyze data, present insights clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
