Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies and PPE, and ensure readiness before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area.
  • •Perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws comfortable for each patient and create a warm, professional experience.
  • •Accurately document visits with Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) (home preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and personal reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
