Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a national private and charter territory through strategic account planning, market research, account prioritization, and executive relationship development.
  • •Identify and create new business opportunities across private/independent and charter school ecosystems, including deals where no active buying process exists.
  • •Lead consultative discovery to uncover priorities, challenges, desired outcomes, decision criteria, stakeholders, budget, and timing.
  • •Build multi-threaded account strategies across executive, technical, curriculum, safety/security, finance, procurement, and school/network stakeholders; develop internal champions and align buying committees.
  • •Navigate procurement, RFP, legal/security, contracting, funding, and board approval processes; negotiate and close new business, maintain CRM accuracy, and forecast pipeline risk and next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of technology sales experience in a quota-carrying mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS new-business role.
  • •Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding quota, including personally creating and closing complex deals.
  • •Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder education organizations (private/independent schools, faith-based/parochial schools, diocesan systems, charter schools/CMOs, or multi-campus education networks) preferred.
  • •Ability to independently create qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development, including demand creation before a formal buying process exists.
  • •Strong discovery, consultative selling, executive communication, multi-threading, negotiation, and business-case development skills.
