Key Responsibilities

  • •Support annual LRP and performance plan processes and collaborate with businesses to deliver consolidated corporate financial views.
  • •Provide in-depth financial/economic analysis and prepare presentation materials for Board meetings, Capital Markets Day, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Contribute to development of the enterprise driver model to support enterprise forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • •Support corporate governance and strategy for standardized and enhanced OneStream usage and implementation of corporate transformation initiatives.
  • •Partner with Finance to standardize and streamline processes, improve reporting reliability/efficiency, and remove roadblocks.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting, Finance, or related business degree with 10+ years of relevant FP&A, business services, accounting, or corporate finance/analytics experience.
  • •Strong understanding of planning and forecasting processes and integrating internal/external data sources for accurate forecast analysis.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, particularly OneStream, and familiarity with ERP examples such as SAP, HFM, and BPC.
  • •Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and econometrics preferred.
  • •CPA/CFA/MBA preferred and excellent interpersonal/presentation skills to communicate results to stakeholders.
