Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance & Reliability team, overseeing operating performance and ensuring maintenance performance targets are met.
  • •Manage reliability engineers and supervisors to analyze products, components, materials, and equipment to understand and predict failures.
  • •Establish policies, procedures, standards, and methodologies; drive preventive maintenance best practices and maintenance records/reporting.
  • •Manage repairs and maintenance of infrastructure including manufacturing, utilities, distribution, and wastewater treatment; coordinate with engineering and production teams for reliability analysis.
  • •Manage the maintenance budget, contracts for maintenance/repairs, spare parts availability, and the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maximize long-term cost of ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in maintenance or equipment repair, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
  • •Experience managing union staff and administering collective bargaining agreements and labor relations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of industry and regulatory standards.
