Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the nuclear safety case team, deputising for the Nuclear Safety Case Discipline Lead as required.
•Support management across the nuclear portfolio and develop strategy to grow the safety case capability.
•Win work by supporting bidding processes for nuclear safety and ensure strategic safety case delivery on projects.
•Develop client relationships to deliver right-first-time technical delivery and advise on regulatory compliance.
•Provide mentoring and coaching, deliver nuclear safety training, and share knowledge across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience developing nuclear safety cases in the nuclear sector.
•Strong leadership with ability to influence engineers and define/implement engineering work packages.
•Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle.
•Excellent communication skills with ability to present technically and conduct peer reviews.
•MEng/BEng in Science or Engineering (or Chartered Engineer, or working towards)
