Designer Manager

Lead a small design team in a hands-on role, driving marketing creative across paid media and lifecycle campaigns for acquisition through retention. Build modular brand systems, templates, and asset libraries to scale output consistently across channels and markets. Establish workflow processes, governance, and DAMs, track creative performance and velocity, and partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams to align creative execution with business goals.
