Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or support end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations for UK clients, coordinating across functional streams
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating requirements into configured Workday solutions and performing detailed unit testing
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Integration) to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge transfer
  • •Support customers through multiple testing cycles, address issues, and conduct final deployment activities
  • •Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to customers while traveling up to 50% as needed
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of consulting experience (internal or with a consulting/software company)
  • •Expertise in UK Payroll compliance and legislation
  • •Experience with Tier 1 business software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian) or similar applications
  • •Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • •Strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication; ability to learn technology quickly; comfortable working remotely
