Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the CAS product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • •Manage CAS product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, deployment, and support teams to deliver reliable solutions.
  • •Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and certification requirements while communicating updates to stakeholders and representing the portfolio with customers and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in product management or related roles in mining, industrial technology, or safety systems.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of mining safety systems, particularly Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS).
  • •Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product portfolios and translating strategies into roadmaps.
  • •Demonstrated familiarity with product lifecycle management, certification processes, and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
