Key Responsibilities

•Develop, stabilize and maintain hardware architecture for all phases of the life cycle from design to delivery to customer.
•Lead and coordinate the architectural studies of hardware under responsibility and perform trade-off analyses of technologies and feasibility studies.
•Implement architecture choices based on trade-offs between cost, supply chain, customer requirements and technology possibilities
•Coordinate with Industrialization, IPO, suppliers, engineering, WPM, and customers to prepare optimal project proposals and related documentation
•Integrate Hardware, Software and Firmware and perform IVVQ with cross-disciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with standards and reuse policies

Key Requirements

•B.Tech/B.E in Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience; Masters or post-graduation desirable
•Strong experience in complete hardware certified development life cycle (feasibility, requirements, design, prototype, test & evaluation, qualification)
•Experience piloting development work and product testing in external labs for hardware products
•Experience in IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification) including requirements management
•Experience integrating Hardware, FPGA firmware, mechanical packaging, and software on hardware units; strong bench testing and performance evaluation skills
