Key Responsibilities

  • •Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
  • •Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department.
  • •Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations under oath; defend by trial or dispositive hearing as applicable.
  • •Travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, management meetings, and conferences.
  • •Document files clearly and concisely for customers, clients, colleagues, and other employees
