Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to break down large, ambiguous projects into actionable plans and timelines.
  • •Define and maintain design standards, principles, and a design system roadmap to improve product quality across the organization.
  • •Contribute to high-level product decisions and influence engineering, product, and company strategy through design leadership.
  • •Lead end-to-end design efforts from concept to implementation, balancing user needs with technical feasibility.
  • •Mentor and influence other designers, strengthening the team’s craft, layout, IA, UI, and interaction design practices.
