Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all day-to-day production outcomes and delivery schedules for the Altius line at Arsenal-1, executing ramp plans and managing tooling and lines.
  • •Build and reinforce an operational culture on the factory floor, mentoring frontline supervisors and technical leaders.
  • •Direct and align on-site cross-functional teams (Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Supply Chain) to hit deadlines, output targets, and KPIs.
  • •Establish and maintain Arsenal-1 as a benchmark “showpiece” manufacturing facility for customer, government, and VIP visits.
  • •Drive processes and technology advancement to mature products to full-rate production and continuously optimize quality and performance KPIs, using tools like PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years overseeing the production, assembly, and testing of complex electromechanical or aerospace hardware.
  • •Strong leadership experience managing large (100+ person) manufacturing operations and production teams.
  • •Proven experience building or scaling production lines from the ground up (prototype-to-production, greenfield, or high-growth environments).
  • •Accountability to quality and process discipline, including AS9100D standards.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance, and be able to work onsite five days a week at the Ashville, OH campus.
