Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate extensive and complex liability claims and act as advisor and “regisseur” for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Support customers throughout the claims process, from formulating the claim to the actual payout.
  • •Negotiate with insurers as a respected and effective partner to achieve the best outcome for claim handling.
  • •Handle primarily complex claims related to (professional) liability with a focus on material damages.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold Wft Schade Zakelijk (or be willing to obtain it).
  • •Communicate excellently in both Dutch and English and can translate customer wishes into solutions.
