Coordinate and handle complex professional liability claims for material losses, acting as advisor and “regisseur” from claim formulation through payout. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders (brokers, account managers, and Aon colleagues) and negotiate effectively with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes. Report to the Third Party Claims manager while working in a hybrid setup across Rotterdam, Amsterdam, or Zwolle.
