Serve as the primary Grow People partner for Lolli & Pops retail store leaders. Coach Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership best practices, while overseeing workplace investigations and corrective actions. Support hiring, talent development, succession planning, engagement and retention initiatives, and strengthen the Grow People philosophy across stores. Advise on employment policies, compliance, leaves, and accommodations, identifying risks and recommending practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Grow People point of contact for Lolli & Pops retail leaders.
•Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership best practices.
•Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations, including performance management and corrective action guidance.
•Support hiring, talent development, and succession planning to improve engagement and retention.
•Advise leaders on employment practices, policies, compliance, leave, and accommodations while identifying risks and recommending solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive HR experience.
•Experience supporting multi-location operations, preferably in retail or hospitality.
•Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience.
•Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
•Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
