Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team of multi-skilled technicians supporting Starlink process equipment.
  • •Establish and continuously refine preventive maintenance (PM) plans, schedules, and corrective maintenance strategies based on failure analysis.
  • •Partner with engineering to evaluate emerging technologies and implement solutions that improve reliability and production operations.
  • •Oversee maintenance execution, including emergency breakdowns, while monitoring progress and removing obstacles; conduct hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
  • •Define and manage maintenance metrics (Uptime, OEE, MTTR), drive root-cause analysis, and ensure assets are restored to operating specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing, or 5+ years in those areas.
  • •1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project.
  • •Must be able to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform physical job functions (lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, etc.).
  • •Ability to work one or more specified shift schedules (AWS B, AWS C, or Split Shift).
