Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary client interface for all design, fit out, and implementation matters, managing projects to completion on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • •Prepare proposals and scope of works, including time and costs studies, and engage appropriately qualified consultants and contractors to execute the works.
  • •Manage design processes and reviews to ensure designs are feasible, properly documented, and delivered to schedule while meeting regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • •Manage project budgets and stakeholders, create and coordinate project risk plans, and conduct client meetings to minimize impact on client operations.
  • •Lead and manage the design team, including training, coaching, mentoring, recruitment support, and value engineering to secure client approvals and cost/time savings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in design management, supervising designers, scoping design works, and development-level programmes including statutory design approvals.
  • •Direct experience as a VVIP client interface on multiple projects for at least 36 months.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (minimum 4).
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with InDesign, UI Design, Rhino, and other design software.
