Intern will support distributor meetings, communicate policies, track KPIs in real time, assist leadership with market and personnel management, coordinate with the sales team on distribution development, and help implement headquarters policies while handling assigned tasks. This role provides exposure to the building materials industry and cross-functional collaboration within Sika’s APAC China operations.
