Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee wellbeing initiatives (physical activity, healthy weight management, mindfulness/stress reduction, tobacco cessation) to reduce health risks.
  • •Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions (safety talks, stretch and flex programs, lunch and learns, seminars, presentations) and follow monthly engagement plans.
  • •Conduct blood pressure biometric screenings and body composition testing events, and deliver person-centered coaching interactions and brief or formal health consults.
  • •Perform daily site rounds to promote safe work practices, provide mindfulness coaching for injury prevention, and identify/referral employees to appropriate health and safety resources.
  • •Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate documentation and timely data entry for coaching activities, consults, and engagement metrics while preserving privacy and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Highly personable with confidence in proactive outreach and coaching individuals and groups.
  • •Experience using behavior change science such as Stages of Change and motivational interviewing to support sustainable behavior change.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP/ADIM data entry, including experience taking a manual blood pressure.
