Job Summary

Lead delivery of complex engineering, EPCM, and construction management projects across industrial, manufacturing, energy, transportation, municipal, and commercial sectors. Based in Southwestern Ontario, you’ll manage full project lifecycles, direct multidisciplinary teams, and align technical solutions, client expectations, commercial goals, and construction realities. Own scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change management governance, serve as primary client contact, and help grow WSP’s Applied Solutions practice through mentoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead successful delivery of complex engineering, EPCM, and construction management projects across the full lifecycle.
•Direct multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, consultants, contractors, and construction partners) to achieve project objectives.
•Develop and execute project strategies aligning technical solutions, client expectations, commercial goals, and construction realities.
•Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers, change management processes, and overall governance.
•Serve as primary client point of contact and mentor/support developing project professionals while championing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 41.6 - 61 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience delivering engineering consulting, EPCM, owner's representative, or construction management projects.
•Demonstrated success leading complex industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, commercial, or institutional project programs.
•Strong understanding of engineering design processes, construction execution, procurement strategies, contract administration, and project controls.
•Experience managing external consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary technical teams in a client-facing environment.
•PMP designation and/or P.Eng., CET, Gold Seal, or equivalent professional credential is a strong asset; valid driver’s license required.
