Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment and/or process technicians to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
  • •Supervise technicians who repair and maintain production and test equipment.
  • •Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • •Manage training programs to ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance/repair procedures.
  • •Maintain inventory/spare parts and schedule manufacturing activities; select, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient function operation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •Associates degree in a technical field, or 2 years of experience working in an Engineering, Technician or Maintenance Specialist capacity in a fab environment.
  • •2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
  • •Able to work night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
