Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and guest experience across multiple Oaks properties in the Mackay & Isaac Region. Lead, coach, and support property leadership teams to deliver exceptional experiences, drive revenue performance, and improve operational efficiency. Manage stakeholder relationships with Body Corporate Committees, owners, and on-site teams while ensuring compliance with brand standards, legislation, health and safety, and sustainability initiatives.
