•Contribute to store performance by actively working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

•Act as a brand ambassador by representing adidas values and product knowledge on the shop floor.
•Proactively apply learnings from training sessions into daily selling behaviors.
•Support store operations including replenishment, stockroom activities, and sales floor organization.

Key Requirements

•Ideally 1–2 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred) with exposure to sales and customer service.

•Proactive mindset and willingness to learn; customer service and a passion for retail.
