Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • •Engage and coach assigned team, providing feedback and performance management.
  • •Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner with the General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions.
  • •Train production associates using quality control standards and help minimize re-checks, rework, and production delays.
