Key Responsibilities

  • •Affix sub-assemblies to enclosures and commercial products per print layouts and verbal/written instructions.
  • •Use pneumatic and manual hand tools to secure component parts as appropriate.
  • •Label enclosures with appropriate product information and check quality of assembled parts/finished enclosures.
  • •Lift finished enclosures into boxes for shipment, cut/form/tape boxes to size using hand tools, and palletize boxes.
  • •Perform first article inspections and 5S/continuous improvement activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.53 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience in a machine shop/sheet metal processing manufacturing environment or assembly/subassembly in production.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (and up to 75 lbs occasionally), stand for 8+ hours, and perform repetitious tasks.
  • •Ability to follow directions, work independently with attention to detail, and assemble as part of a team; ability to work mandatory overtime including Saturdays as needed.
