Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and review program vision, roadmap, and content; prepare for and participate in release planning and Program Increment (PI) planning.
  • •Refine and prioritize program and team backlogs, drafting team objectives for each Program Increment and coordinating with other Product Owners.
  • •Define iterations and user stories for agile teams and manage the team backlog, including building, reviewing, reprioritizing, and validating work.
  • •Maintain the flow of user stories by defining stories, providing detailed requirements and priorities, establishing acceptance criteria, and validating completed stories.
  • •Define functional and non-functional requirements (including UI specifications), identify gaps between current systems and customer/market needs, and validate solutions with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in the medical device or imaging technology industry, with a strong technical background.
  • •In-depth knowledge of CT scanner systems and components, including X-ray tubes and cooling units.
  • •Experience working with agile methodologies, continuous improvement, lean processes, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Demonstrated success in strategic product lifecycle management, including driving cost savings and business value.
  • •Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage; experience with state-of-the-art AI tools is required.
