Product Owner / Project Lead (all genders)

Act as the customer representative within an agile development team, translating customer needs into prioritized functional and non-functional requirements. Own the product backlog flow by defining user stories, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria, and validating completed work for each iteration. Coordinate release and Program Increment (PI) planning, maintain vision/roadmap content, and ensure solutions are validated with clients, partners, and customers.
