Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor internal and external cost recovery and cost containment initiatives against targeted metrics and forecasted recovery/cost avoidance goals.
  • •Manage vendor cost avoidance and cost recovery initiatives and collaborate with national vendors for each recovery category.
  • •Develop annual budgets and projected target savings for each national vendor and support achievement of those savings.
  • •Evaluate and streamline existing processes and implement new processes to reduce costs; identify trends and recommend action plans.
  • •Compile and present reporting packages for senior management on cost avoidance and cost recovery initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management (or related) or equivalent experience.
