Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and labor policy regulations.
  • •Implement delivery center readiness checklists and operational standards before leaving; complete delivery procedures (checking addresses, sorting, contacting customers, confirming delivery date/location).
  • •Deliver and/or receive shipments to meet required targets; update the operation system and hand over bills to in-charge staff.
  • •Maintain safety and security standards across work locations and follow UAE roads transport regulations while driving routes and schedules.
  • •Perform routine maintenance for delivery vehicles (fluid levels, fuel), maintain group assets, stay ready for emergency/clerical tasks, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •2-5 years of experience in a delivery center.
  • •Knowledge of IT skills and Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and evidence of insurability.
  • •Valid Forklift certificate and a quality service focus for customers.
