Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop HVAC refrigeration systems to meet performance, regulatory, quality, and cost requirements.
  • •Review technical feasibility, design and select robust, cost-effective components, and develop engineering specifications.
  • •Apply regulatory codes/standards (UL, CRN, seismic, ASME) and ensure engineering documentation is complete and on time.
  • •Conduct design FMEAs and execute risk mitigation plans to resolve knowledge gaps and reliability issues.
  • •Participate on and lead project teams, manage schedules/teams, and provide technical support to laboratory, manufacturing, suppliers, and operations; travel overnight less than 5%.
