Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, availability, integrity, and material flow.
  • •Establish inventory control processes (cycle counting, physical inventories, reconciliation, root-cause analysis) and drive corrective actions to eliminate discrepancies.
  • •Optimize inbound, outbound, and inter-site logistics by improving on-time delivery, cost, lead time, visibility, and exception management.
  • •Lead procurement and supplier management from requisition through issue resolution, including supplier performance expectations, escalations, and scorecards.
  • •Develop an integrated operating model with KPIs and management routines, standardize and automate processes, and lead teams across inventory/warehouse, logistics, and procurement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience across supply chain, materials/inventory management, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • •5+ years of people-management experience leading managers and multidisciplinary operational teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Strong working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, supplier management, transportation, and material flow.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions, including bills of material, purchase orders, planning signals, and master data.
