Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital production and coordination of designs through all design stages, providing bespoke BIM solutions for project needs.
  • •Define, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and information management aligned to ISO 19650 and client requirements.
  • •Manage design interfaces across multidisciplinary teams, including federated model updates, clash detection/model federation processes, and CAD quality assurance checks.
  • •Provide people and technical leadership—grow the BIM team, manage resources, run inductions and performance reviews, and support career development and succession planning.
  • •Own project scope delivery to budget and programme, manage project risks, communicate progress/issues, and facilitate design model reviews and final presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working on metro schemes and station design.
  • •Proven track record delivering designs from concept/preliminary stage to tender/reference design to support contractor procurement.
  • •Ability to define and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and information management strategies aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
  • •Significant experience managing teams, including line management and day-to-day operations.
  • •Strong BIM fundamentals (CDE, workflows, clash detection, quality assurance, templates, libraries) and ability to check/review BEPs and information management documents.
