Job Summary

Lead Visa’s government solutions sales strategy and delivery in KSA as part of the CEMEA Government Solutions team. Build relationships with federal, state, and local public sector stakeholders, identify prioritized client opportunities, and develop account plans to grow market share and sales volume. Engage partners across issuers, program managers, processors, and fintechs, manage KPIs and scorecards, support RFP responses, and align execution with the KSA Country Manager and regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Expand and deepen public sector sales strategy and delivery in KSA by developing prioritized client and solution opportunity pipelines.
•Establish and strengthen relationships with key public sector stakeholders across federal, state, and local agencies in KSA.
•Identify and engage potential partners (issuers, program managers, processors, fintechs) to strengthen government solution propositions in KSA.
•Develop and execute sales strategies/account plans to increase sales volume and market share and meet product and corporate objectives.
•Manage government sales performance by driving KSA scorecard metrics, producing KPI reporting, supporting RFP development/response, and partnering with internal teams on outreach strategy.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in government/state-owned enterprise/public sector sales management in the payments/financial services industry, managing complex deals and sales.
•Robust understanding of how public sector sales and public agencies operate in KSA, including public procurement decision-making.
•Strong business development and consultative sales experience, able to educate stakeholders on Visa capabilities and build business cases.
•Experience engaging and lobbying public sector stakeholders.
•Strong financial acumen and outcome orientation, including the ability to negotiate business agreements and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
