Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly incentive calculations in line with policy guidelines and perform due diligence on payments for the assigned portfolio.
  • •Conceptualize, design, and develop dashboards and reports using Excel automation, including multi-layer equations, charts, and pivots.
  • •Implement and evaluate automation opportunities by using Python, SQL, Generative AI, and workflow automation tools.
  • •Design and develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs for reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and business process optimization.
  • •Support incentive audits, coordinate QA and UAT activities with quality assurance managers, and validate/support adherence to guidelines across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in compensation processing and business rules/ramifications of exceptions, handling large-scale complex business processes.
  • •Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating enterprise datasets.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining complex dashboards/reports using Excel automation (multi-layer equations, charts, pivots) and reporting tools.
  • •Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; outstanding written and verbal English communication.
