Systems Account Manager

Develop long-term customer relationships on Trane’s commercial HVAC solutions by translating project needs into proposals and system selections. Partner with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners to deliver energy-efficient outcomes. Manage the sales process from lead conversion through pricing, strategy, and coordination with the right internal team. Provide HVAC system consultation, answer technical questions, and plan customer visits while executing account business plans.
