Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems for regulatory risk needs.
  • •Drive experimentation with emerging technologies and mentor engineers through internal and external tech communities.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for customers.
  • •Provide technical leadership and direction across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Refactor to reduce technical debt, improve system performance, and influence long-term technology strategy.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •7+ years coding experience with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience with databases and database management systems (3+ years) and building APIs (4+ years creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs).
