Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop concept, schematic, and detailed HVAC designs and support tender documentation for non-complex mechanical systems.
  • •Understand and apply engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authorities’ guidelines.
  • •Calculate and select HVAC systems, including district cooling systems, VRV, heat recovery ventilation, and ventilation systems.
  • •Coordinate assigned design team efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of design work.
  • •Deliver project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule, including space planning support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of experience with HVAC design, with Gulf project experience preferred.
  • •B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards, codes of practice, and Middle East mechanical engineering rules and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with HVAC design calculations and HVAC system selection.
  • •Computer skills with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360 platform.
