Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead land valuation methodology and benchmarking across all districts to ensure consistency and rigor.
  • •Translate valuation insight into commercial recommendations to support land sale and leasing strategy.
  • •Manage external valuers and oversee commissioning and review of valuation exercises for quality and alignment.
  • •Provide valuation input for land transactions, deal execution, and plot- and asset-level commercial assessments.
  • •Develop valuation policy and processes, embed valuation thinking into district planning, and present findings to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in valuation, real estate, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in land or real estate valuation.

  • •Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency, plus strong stakeholder management and communication to senior leadership.
