  • •Lead and oversee daily civil construction activities across Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines including foundations, structural works, and site infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to align on project objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
  • •Enforce quality control through inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
  • •Establish and maintain safety culture by implementing safety protocols, leading toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • •Minimum of 3 years delivering data center, mission-critical, or comparable infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating CSA and MEP construction activities.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on-site in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico.
