Process Technician III - (T3)

Prepare wafers for experimentation, operate laboratory reactors for thin-film processing, and use scanning electron microscopes (SEM) to analyze and image cross-sections. Record process conditions and experimental observations, perform routine maintenance (e.g., flash/plasma clean), evaluate wafers and thin films, and troubleshoot process issues using established procedures. Support multiple technology products by preparing samples, performing SEM-related functions, coordinating results with requestors, and managing equipment/supply ordering and vendor coordination.
