Job Summary

Own and drive medium to high-complexity programs for strategic financial institution clients, coordinating portfolios and projects across the organization. Build executive-level relationships, act as a strategic advisor, and champion customer feedback to shape roadmaps and solution decisions. Define client success metrics, lead integrated program planning (scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, schedules), and deliver against commitments with data-driven executive reporting.
