Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions, including multi-agent workflows and production-quality code to deploy and maintain AI capabilities.
  • •Integrate existing foundation models into the RAD architecture using APIs and orchestration frameworks, selecting approaches per task.
  • •Design, test, and refine prompts and agent instructions to automate manual work and decompose complex workflows into agent pipelines.
  • •Develop testing, evaluation, and validation strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and robust handling of edge cases.
  • •Collaborate as a technical liaison across teams, presenting AI approaches and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science education.
  • •Must currently possess Top Secret SCI + Polygraph security clearance and be able to obtain it.

  • •Strong Python development skills and experience integrating existing LLMs via APIs plus building multi-agent or multi-step AI workflows (e.g., orchestration frameworks).
