Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement country strategy in close cooperation with the Country CEO, understanding markets’ challenges in depth.
  • •Analyze country P&Ls to identify opportunities to improve profitability and productivity of assigned markets.
  • •Own cross-department regional projects (e.g., customer NPS improvement, basket size increase, logistics, marketing, pricing coordination).
  • •Allocate budget and optimize resources efficiently across countries and business verticals to meet growth and profitability targets.
  • •Run quarterly OKR-setting and drive key touchpoints (performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting & strategy), plus oversee investment proposals with the Country CEO.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of working experience, including 1–2 years exposed to company decision-making level with P&L accountability.
  • •Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup/technology environments.

  • •Clear, crisp, actionable communication and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across countries and multiple functions.
