•Lead day-to-day governance and execution of dispute, deduction, and trade spend management processes with compliant documentation and Delegation of Authority adherence.
•Oversee investigation, categorization, and resolution of customer disputes and deductions using standardized reason codes in ERP/OTC systems of record.
•Manage validation and settlement of trade promotion and rebate claims, including accruals and credit/debit note issuance with audit-ready support.
•Monitor SLAs and KPIs (e.g., claim cycle time, accrual accuracy, aged claims) and drive performance across captive and outsourced teams.
•Drive automation and standardization in SAP and High Radius, publish dashboards, and implement root-cause fixes with partners to minimize recurrence.

•Strong accrual accounting and controls knowledge, including month-end true ups and audit-ready credit/debit note processes.
