Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently apply Safety, Health, and Environment requirements and contribute to SLAMs/HPHs, risk assessments, and safety action close-out.
  • •Advise on preparing Statements of Work (SoW) and translate finalized SoW into precise planning and scheduling milestones for Contractor Performance Management (CPM) activities.
  • •Review bidder proposals and schedules, identify discrepancies, and support tendering through specialist insights and site visits.
  • •Monitor and report on SoW schedule compliance, track performance targets and contractual KPIs, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • •Assess schedule changes, provide recommendations to minimize disruption, participate in project kick-offs and mobilization, and maintain planning documentation and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply Safety, Health, and Environment principles, including participation in SLAMs/HPHs and risk assessments with close-out of safety actions.
  • •Understand SoW preparation, planning, and scheduling, including translating SoW into CPM planning milestones and targets.
  • •Review technical proposals and schedules for achievability against agreed CPM standards and SoW requirements, escalating concerns to SMEs as needed.
  • •Support tendering with specialist insights and site visits; develop and assess contract plans aligned to contractor work plans, resources, and SoW compliance.
  • •Have 3-5 years of relevant mining operational experience and knowledge of CPM frameworks, KPI management, milestones tracking, and contractor management systems.
