Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other assigned regions, monitoring OKRs and identifying operational bottlenecks.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a small team of regional business development managers, setting targets and structured workflows.
  • •Drive merchant onboarding and relationship management, track performance, and improve incentives and quality across the regional merchant ecosystem.
  • •Coordinate with local market teams and internal stakeholders to align operations with country dynamics, regulations, and user behavior.
  • •Analyze market trends and lead regional go-to-market initiatives, growth campaigns, and user acquisition rollouts.
