Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and partnering with store management to meet personal performance objectives. Support multiple store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing updates on product collaborations and launches, while following asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
